Batch Data Import for Label Generator
Route: Label Generator - [ Batch Data Import for Label Generator ]If you need to use the Label Generator to create and export labels in batches, you must first import label data in bulk. Only then can you reference dynamic data in the [Edit Label] module to generate labels with different content—specifically, each row of data corresponds to one generated label.
The [Import Data] module provides practical functions for bulk data import, mainly divided into two categories: bulk importing existing data and manually creating/editing data. If you have already saved label data in Excel or CSV files, you can quickly import it in bulk via [Import Data]. You can also use the data editing features to manually create label data, such as generating serial numbers, duplicating row data, sorting data, and removing duplicate rows.

In the data table, each cell can be edited by clicking directly.

Additionally, the [Import Data] module integrates a label preview function, allowing you to quickly preview labels one by one.

Notes:
- A maximum of 10,000 labels can be imported at one time. If you export more than 3,000 labels in bulk, pay attention to browser memory limitations. For details, see Bulk Export Recommended to Not Exceed 3,000 Labels.
- Be cautious of the "scientific notation" issue in Excel cells: Set the cell format to Text to avoid incorrect numerical display. For example, the phone number "13800138000" might otherwise be shown as "1.38E+10".
- For bulk label export, each row of data represents one generated label. If you need to generate identical labels, use the "Multiple Copies" function to duplicate rows of the same data.
