How to Batch Print Labels (One label per page)
Route: Label Generator - [ How to Batch Print Labels (One label per page) ]In the [Export Labels] module, click either the [Print in Adaptive Size] or [Print in Custom Size] button under [Batch Print Labels (One label per page)].
Option 1: Print in Adaptive Size
1. A label preview page will pop up.
2. Click the [Print] button to use the system’s printing function and print all labels. See the diagram below for reference.
This function automatically scales the label size to fit the printing paper. There are two scaling methods:
Maintain Aspect Ratio (default): The program scales the label proportionally and centers it, printing it at the maximum size allowed by the paper.
Fill Completely: The program stretches the label to fill the entire paper as much as possible. This option may cause the printed label to appear distorted (aspect ratio mismatch).
Option 2: Print in Custom Size
1. A label preview page will pop up.
2. Click the [Print] button to use the system’s printing function and print all labels. See the diagram below for reference.
By default, labels are printed at their original size. You can also specify a different size for printing—configure this as shown in the diagram below.
